Isaiah 63:19

We are become as at the beginning, when thou didst not rule over us, and thy name was not called upon us. If thou wouldest open the heaven, trembling will take hold upon the mountains from thee, and they shall melt,

We are become as at the beginning, when you did not rule over us, and your name was not called upon us.

We have become like those over whom you never ruled, like those who were not called by your name.
