Sirach 16:23

He that wanteth understanding will think upon vain things: and a foolish man erring imagineth follies.

He that lacks understanding will think upon vain things: and a foolish man erring imagines follies.

He who is lacking in understanding thinks about these things. An unwise and erring man thinks foolishly.
