Sirach 32:3

To depart from wickedness is a thing pleasing to the Lord; and to forsake unrighteousness is a propitiation.

Speak, you that are the elder, for it becomes you, but with sound judgment; and hinder not musick.

Speak, you who are older, for it’s your right, but with sound knowledge; and don’t interrupt the music.
