Sirach 38:21

Forget him not, for there is no turning again: thou shalt not do him good, but hurt thyself.

Forget it not, for there is no turning again: you shall not do him good, but hurt yourself.

Don’t forget it, for there is no returning again. You do him no good, and you would harm yourself.
