Sirach 7:20

Whereas thy servant worketh truly, entreat him not evil, nor the hireling that bestoweth himself wholly for thee.

Whereas your servant works truly, entreat him not evil. nor the hireling that gives himself wholly for you.

Don’t abuse a servant who works faithfully, or a hireling who gives you his life.
